Mini-break rules: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. At this property, mini-breaks are bookable only at short notice of 21days.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.
The accommodation is on 3 floors. Parking is on the street outside the cottage is unrestricted. Access to the cottage is up 5 steps with iron handrails on both sides. The door to the Property is of standard width and opens into a hallway. There are stairs to the top landing with handrail on right hand side accending. The bedrooms and bath room are on this floor. The shower is electric and over the bath, there are no hand rails on the bath??? The chilax room is on the 2nd floor and up narrow steep wooded staircase. There are no stair gates on the tops or the bottom of the stairs.
