In addition to the living rooms down stairs there is a chilax room on the 2nd floor for listening to music and playing coputer games perhaps. Just 1 mile from the harbour town of Porthmadog and 3 miles from a sandy beach which you can drive onto and park - a considerable convenience to young families. In less than a mile you will see the young bravados clinging like multi coloured spiders as they climb the cliffs of Graig Moch. Tremadog itself boasts a number of pubs and restaurants and a Spar shop is all within walking distance of the property. Nearby Beddgelert village is situated at the foot of Snowdon, just 7 miles along a scenic route up the river valley, passing the Osprey nest and viewing hide. Other attractions to enjoy locally are steam train rides, pony trekking, historical castles, Portmeirion village and gardens. Short walk to the shops and restaurants This is a good central location for a homely holiday property in North Wales .

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. ACCESS STATEMENT:
The accommodation is on 3 floors. Parking is on the street outside the cottage is unrestricted. Access to the cottage is up 5 steps with iron handrails on both sides. The door to the Property is of standard width and opens into a hallway. There are stairs to the top landing  with handrail on right hand side accending. The bedrooms and bath room are on this floor. The shower is electric and over the bath, there are no hand rails on the bath??? The chilax room is on the 2nd floor and up narrow steep wooded staircase. There are no stair gates on the tops or the bottom of the stairs.
