This carefully prepared property has large floor to ceiling picture windows and a comfy sofa and chairs to enjoy all of this. Excellent facilities with an ensuite shower room and family bathroom. It is in a superb spot in the town, just a short (10 min) walk to the shops, inns and restaurants on the quayside, playground, leisure centre. Excellent local sandy beaches at Borth y Gest is within walking distance or (1 ml by car) and Black Rock Sands (2 mls by car). A popular central location for a relaxing holiday in North Wales combining sandy beaches, walking the coastal footpath or up hills and mountains, or just visit Snowdonia's landmarks and attractions, especially handy to Portmeirion village.
2 BEDROOMS: 1 large Double bedroom with an EN SUITE bathroom/WC with shower over the bath and 1 Twin bedroom (two single beds). Bed linen included, please bring your own towels and tea towels. No cot at the property.

Mini-break rules: A mini-break is a holiday for less than 7 nights and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). In season (April to end of October), this property will accept mini-breaks 14 - 21 days before the start date of the holiday, and 56 days out of season (November to end of March).

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. ACCESS STATEMENT: Tarmac parking area. Down 5/ steps to communal door and then up a flight of stairs to the front door. All doors are of standard widths, shower over the bath in both the ensuite and the family bathroom.
