A lovely spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a converted chapel above Porthmadog town with unrivalled views over the town harbour and up the Glaslyn valley to the magnificent mountains of Snowdonia beyond. This comfortably prepared property has large floor to ceiling picture windows. Excellent facilities with an ensuite shower room and famiy bathroom. It is in a superb spot in the residential part of the town, just a short (10 min) walk to the shops, inns, restaurants, quayside, playground, leisure centre,and train stations. From the windows at the front of the house, the narrow gauge steam trains can be seen crossing the wide causeway across the Glaslyn estuary and then on up the Ffestiniog valley. Excellent local sandy beaches at Borth y Gest (1 ml by car or 10 min walk) and Black Rock Sands (2 mls). A popular central location for a relaxing holiday in North Wales combining sandy beaches, walking up hills and mountains or just visiting Snowdonia's landmarks and attractions, especially handy to Portmeirion.

Multi-Week Discount: 10% (up to £50) discount if you book 14 consecutive nights.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. ACCESS STATEMENT: Tarmac parking area. Down 5/ steps to communal door and then up a flight of stairs to the front door. All doors are of standard widths, shower over the bath in both the ensuite and the family  bathroom.
