Martha's loft offers the more discerning guests the height of style and comfort near the beautiful village of Portmeirion, 2 miles from the Porthmadog harbour town. Beautifully prepared this recently renovated first floor apartment has lovely countryside views with glimpses of the river Dwyryd which is only 5 minutes walk to the sandy foreshore. Completely self contained, it has its own private entrance from the patio area and access up a full size staircase. Guests will love the location and it's easy walking distance to the Castle at Portmeirion for cocktails and some fine dining. The Ffestiniog narrow gauge steam train station and Cambrian Coast railway stations are also close by with trips up to the Snowdonia mountains or along the dramatic coastline to lovely villages like Aberdovey and Criccieth. The worlds fastest Zip wire 'Velocity' and cave land adventure, 'Bounce Below' are less than 30 minutes away. Castles and historic homes surround this area of outstanding beauty.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Steps up to the porch where there is a coat and boot storage. 13 steps up to the first floor living room with hand rail on right hand side?. Stair gate on top of the stairs? Bright property with ample lights, slopping roof on both sides restricted height, ample head room In The centre. Shower cubicle has no hand grabs.
