A very conveniently designed detached bungalow in a quiet estate in the seaside village of Morfa Bychan, 2 mls from the harbour town of Porthmadog (the home of the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway). Situated only 2 mins drive (or an easy 8 mins walk) to the nearby sandy beach of Black Rock Sands. Black Rock Sands is a 2 mile stretch of sandy beach where sailing, fishing, wind surfing and water sking are allowed. This holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished for those wanting a comfortable stay for both relaxing and wanting exhilarating walks on the 4 miles of sandy beaches and cliff top walks or a scenic walk up Moel y Gest mountain (4 mls). A challenging Porthmadog 18 hole golf course (0.5 mls), stocked fishing lake, a shop, Tafarn Glanaber pub and Fish & Chips shop are all within walking distance. Porthmadog (2 mls) is the closest town with a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants with steam train rides and a leisure centre. Morfa Bychan is an excellent central location for a holiday in North Wales. The mountain village of Beddgelert (9 mls) and the Rhyd Ddu footpath up Snowdon is only 28 mins drive away. The Llyn Peninsulas beaches, towns and villages of Abersoch (22 mls), Pwllheli (15 mls) and Cricieth beach & castle (5 mls) can be walked to on the beach during low tide. The Cambrian coast with the medieval castle and beach of Harlech (10 mls) and the seaside town of Barmouth (22 mls) are all great places to visit during your stay at this comfortable holiday home.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
