This delightful and stylish 'home-from-home' bungalow is located in a select cul-de-sac near the beach at Morfa Bychan, 2 miles from the harbour town of Porthmadog. The enclosed grounds has a private patio area and lawns to the front and rear, with views of Moel y Gest mountain. The 3 mile stretch of beach and dunes at Black Rock Sands and Samson's Bay beach are within an easy 10 minute walk (along a footpath), as is the 18 hole golf course. The village has a shop/Post Office, fish and chip shop and a pub. Porthmadog town is of modest size but is full of interesting shops, museums and eating places. It is also the terminus of the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland steam train railways, offering scenic steam train rides up the valley into the mountains of Snowdonia. Portmeirion village is only 4 miles away and Zip World: Titan and Bounce Below in Ffestiniog is a 30 minute drive. This is a good central location for a holiday cottage in North Wales.

One bedroom with full size single bed with pull-out, trundle style (2'6?) slim single. *Please note the pull-out trundle style bed is only suitable for children under the age of 12 years old. This bungalow only sleeps 5 adults and 1 child under the age of 12 years old.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.
All rooms are on the ground floor and all doors are of standard width. Access to the front door is up one 12" deep step of about 8" high and then a upvc 5" stormguard. *May be difficult for wheelchair users* Parking is available to the door. The parking surface is concrete and is gated.
There is a central passage way leading off to all rooms.
The bathroom is quite compact and has a shower over the bath WC and hand wash basin.
Access to the garden is through the front door to the drive and there is a patio area at the front and rear. The front and rear gardens are laid to lawn.
