This holiday home will be furnished in a contemporary style with quality furniture and is a welcoming property to relax in after scenic walks along the 4 mile sandy Black Rock Sands beach or an exhilarating walk up Moel y Gest mountain (1 mile). A challenging 18 hole golf course (0.5 miles), stocked fishing lake, a village shop and other amenities are within walking distance. Sailing, fishing, wind surfing and water skiing are just a few sports guests enjoy off Black Rock Sands beach (there is a shed at the property for storing your gear). Enjoy fantastic views of Snowdonia mountains at nearby Beddgelert, or the pretty harbour village of Abersoch, both within easy driving distance. Lovely walks to the neighbouring village of Borth y Gest where you can rest at the Bistro or Tea Shop for a leisurely lunch before enjoying the walk back via Samson Bay (details of walk available at cottage). Porthmadog, although only a small town has a variety of shops, inns and restaurants and leisure centre/pool. It is home to the famous Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Railway where a historic trip into the mountains can be enjoyed. Visit castles at Cricieth (5 miles) and Harlech (10 miles). A must do is the famous Portmeirion 'Italianate' styled village (2 miles). Excellent central location for enjoying Snowdonia, North Wales and the Llyn Peninsula.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. There is a step up to the front door. This property is all on one level. All doors are of standard width. There is a shower room with a 30cm step up to the large shower cubicle. There is a grab rail to assist. Access to the garden is from the conservatory. There is one step down to a mostly paved patio which is enclosed.
