A renovated stone terraced cottage on the edge of the village of Penrhyndeudraeth near the Ffestiniog steam railway line, 3mls from the harbour town of Porthmadog. It is very comfortably furnished in a light and airy modern style with a nice sunny terraced garden to the rear. There is an excellent kitchen with all conveniences too. Its location is within (healthy) walking distance to the shops and inns of this vibrant village centre. The cottage is the middle one of 3 1.5mls walk from Portmeirion Italianate Village. The splendour of Snowdonia surrounds with distant peaks including Snowdon beckoning. Beddgelert and Snowdon (5 mls). Porthmadog (3 mls) has a good variety of shops and eating places and a beautiful stretch of sandy beach at Black Rock Sands (5 mls). Cricieth town and castle just 5 mls.


2 BEDROOMS: 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed.  Bed linen provided, please bring your own towels & tea towels.
BATHROOM: Bath, WC and shower over the bath.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will accept mini-breaks at any time
Please note: A returnable £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit will be required before we can give the key safe code. Our experience shows that this procedure results in an all round better holiday for everyone, as our holiday home owners are prepared to offer better quality properties for guests and all guests fully respect the property and so make manageable the process of  preparing the property for the next guest's full enjoyment. Nearly all our guests are respectful people where the bond is fully returned. We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement: Street parking by the front door. Access down to the front door is via 3 concrete steps. On the ground floor there is a lounge, kitchen diner, utility room with WC. The bedrooms and bathroom/wc is up a single flight of cottage style staircase with a handrail on the Left hand side. The garden is terraced with a patio area outside the back door, 3 steps to another patio area and then 3 more steps to the lawned garden.
