This attractive, modern terraced house is one of a select few around the private village green in this pretty seaside village situated just a minutes walk from the bay at Borth y Gest. The accommodation is very homely and comfortable and has been attractively decorated and furnished. The attention to the smallest details ensures a home from home experience. There is a sloping open plan lawn to the front and a private 'suntrap' patio to the rear. Borth y Gest is a tranquil village where there is no through traffic and its more discerning visitors just come here to relax and enjoy the coastal walks and beautiful scenery. The village has a tea room, coffee shop (highly recommended!), two bistros and an old fashioned petrol station/garage. From the doorstep there are excellent views, cliff and coastal walks as well as plenty of hill walking, playground for the children and a nature reserve. Across the tidal bay and estuary is the Portmeirion peninsula, Harlech castle and the majestic Snowdonia mountains. Beddgelert and Snowdon are just 8 miles away. Enjoy a day in Cricieth (6 miles), visit the birth place of Cadwaladers ice-cream, explore the ruins of Cricieth castle and rocky beach. This is a great central location for a holiday property in North Wales.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This two storey property was constructed approximately 20 years ago having 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a lounge, kitchen diner, hallway and wc/cloaks on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is via a straight flight of stairs from the lounge. All doorways have standard opening widths circa 740 mm. With the exception of the bathroom, hallway, WC/cloaks and kitchen all rooms are carpeted.
Access is by way of a gravelled driveway and narrow paved pathway from the road side/pavement which has dropped kerb for vehicles. The front door is a step up of approximately 150mm. Access to the rear is via a tarmac paths between adjacent properties and onto the rear communal green which has slight gradients and then onto a paved pathway. The rear door step is approximately 150mm above the path. The patio area is paved having an outdoor table and chairs.
Electrical points are at work surface height in the kitchen and at skirting level in all other rooms. Bed side lights are provided in the two double rooms. The beds are on bed frames and are lower than divan style beds. All other lighting is good with angled spot lighting in the hallway areas, lounge and kitchen. All light switches are at heights of approximately 1300mm from the floor The TV, DVD/Video player and CD player/stereo all have remote controls.
