We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. 1061 is a semi-detached house situated above the road. There are 10 steps of 8'' risers to the front door with a handrail on the right hand side.. Parking is on the road side to the front of the property or nearby. All doors are standard size.
There is a ground floor WC and HWB which is compact at 4.5ft x 3ft in a space under the stairs.
All bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as the family bathroom. To the front there is a wooden decked area of 12ft square and to the rear there is a slate/paved patio area (25ft x 12ft) accessed up 10 slate steps.
The shower is above the bath, which bath does not have a handle grip.
