This immaculate property with picturesque harbour views has been designed to the highest standard. The large open plan living room has four triple glazed sliding windows which offer uninterrupted views across the harbour. The elegant maple spiral staircase leads to two large king size bedrooms each with its own shower room. This apartment has been comfortably furnished throughout in an elegant, contemporary style. The Ffestiniog Railway station is just across the way and Porthmadog town, with its many shops and restaurants, leisure centre, cinema and museums is within a few minutes walk. You could forget using the car here if it was not for the tempting and abundant scenic beauty which surrounds Porthmadog. This is where the dramatic splendour of Snowdonia meets the gentler countryside and sandy beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula. Portmeirion village is a healthy 3 mile walk across the quay-side (or 10 mins by car), Black Rock Sands 2 mls where driving onto the beach is permitted. Beddgelert village at the foot of Snowdonia just 7 mls, Cricieth beaches, dominated by its castle are 5 mls.

FAQ: The property is not on the road side, although you can see the road from the lounge windows. There is another property behind and to the right with a high wall between the pavement and the patio area. The area outside the patio doors is not a public walkway.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This two story apartment has been renovated to the highest standard ands provide a degree of comfort and luxury not usually associated with a holiday home. There are about twelve apartments in the block with access to the second floor flats via the external stairways. This substantial white building is directly opposite the Ffestiniog railway with an allocated parking spot in front of each apartment. There is a parking space for three extra cars on the left hand side.
The front door is at the end of a short passageway which leads to No. 75 and No. 76. On the right hand side is an ivy covered trellis with the lock safe on the left hand side of this trellis. There is exterior lighting in addition to an automatic sensor light outside the front door of No. 75.
In addition to recessed spot lights on the ground floor there are strip lights tucked behind the pelmets to provide an excellent ambient light. Recessed lights have also been used on the first floor where both bedrooms have fitted carpets. Wood flooring throughout the ground floor requires the use soft shoes only please. Slippers for this purpose have been left in the lobby cupboard. Storage space is excellent both on the open plan ground floor and in the bedrooms where there is plenty of hanging space for clothes.
There is plenty of hot water by use of a balanced flue but it does take a few minutes for the hot water to come through to the kitchen. The hot water, heating and cooker are all by gas.
A selection of books and games are available. The television has remote control and a generous sized screen and the reception is excellent. There is also a DVD player (with remote control) plus a radio, cassette and CD player.
A paved walkway in front of patio windows provides an area to sit outside and enjoy the view. Folding chairs are stored in lobby cupboard.
