If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. The villa is a purpose built holiday property within a private complex. Approach is from a main road into tarmac drives throughout the estate.
The designated parking is suitable for one vehicle and is in a well-lit area just 10yds from the property. Further parking is available a further 100yds away.
Access to the villa is up one small step into a compact hall area. The master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom can all be found on this level. There is good lighting in all the rooms and the master bedroom has a wall-mounted television with remote control.
There is a narrow carpeted staircase from the hall which has a 180 degree turn. This leads to the living area incorporation the galley kitchen and doorway to the single bedroom.
The living area has a colour television with built-in VCR, freeview and CD Hi-Fi. All of which have remote controls.
The balcony is accessible from the living area throughout a sliding patio door, over a small step. For safety purposes, the balcony railing have been completely enclosed clear with perspex.
