Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 21 days between Easter and October half term. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This ground floor apartment is a purpose built holiday property within a private complex. Approach is from a main road into tarmac parking spcaes throughout the estate.
The designated parking is suitable for one vehicle and is in a well-lit area just a few yards from the property. Access to the apartment is up one front door step. The apartment has a standard size pvc door leading into a compact hall area. From this area there are doors to the shower room, bedroom and the open plan living area with galley kitchen. From the living area there is a sliding patio door to the patio area which is down one step.
There is good lighting throughout the property with both a ceiling light and a lamp in the living area, spot lights in the kitchen area and spotlights and matching bedside lamps in the bedroom.
The shower room has a corner shower cubicle and electric shower, hand basin and WC. Again there is good light with a ceiling light.
The flat is quite compact and not suitable for wheelchairs or cots.
