PARKING: Allocated parking for 1 - 2 cars outside the apartment.
WiFi: Available at an extra charge through an independent internet provider (the cost for access is approx. £5 a day, £8 for 2 days or £18 for a week - as at June the 1st, 2015). August, 2017: we had a report from a guest that the WiFi kept "cutting out".

Mini-break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 14 days between Easter and October Half Term. Outside of this time minibreaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.
Please note: A returnable £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit will be required before we can give the key safe code. Our experience shows that this procedure results in an all round better holiday for everyone, as our holiday home owners are prepared to offer better quality properties for guests and all guests fully respect the property and so make manageable the process of preparing the property for the next guest's full enjoyment. Nearly all our guests are respectful people where the bond is fully returned. We have a high proportion of returning guests who are appreciative of our service and the high standard of accommodation that we strive to provide. We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. The flat is a purpose built holiday property within a private complex. Approach is from a main road into tarmac drives throughout the estate.
The designated parking is suitable for one vehicle and is in a well-lit area just 10yds from the property. Access to the flat is up three flights of open concrete stairs with a handrail on the left hand side leading to the second floor. The flat has a standard size solid wood front door leading into a compact hall area. From this area there are doors to the bathroom, bedroom and an archway to the open plan living area with galley kitchen. From the living area there is a sliding patio door to the balcony. For safety reasons the balcony railings have been completely enclosed with clear Perspex.
There is good lighting throughout the property with both a ceiling light and a lamp in the living area, a strip light in the kitchen area and spotlights and matching bedside lamps in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a bath with built in shower, hand wash basin and WC. Again there is good light with a ceiling light and shaving socket and light.
