New owners May, 2018 (previously known as The Oakley)

Under new ownership with some improvements made to the property, including installation of free WiFi and new mattresses.

With views of the harbour from the lounge, this is one of the best of the Oakeleys flats available for rent. This select, prestigious development of 16 flats was completed in 2007 in a secluded position near Porthmadog harbour and has been furnished to an excellent standard. All rooms are on the ground floor and there is secure parking close to the front door making access easier. Porthmadog has a good variety of shops and eating places and is a good central location for the mountains of Snowdonia and the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay. Across the harbour are the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland railways. Snowdon and Beddgelert are 7 miles inland and the beautiful stretch of sandy beach at Black Rock Sands is 2 miles. Portmeirion village is just 2 mls along the river for a relaxing day out and Cricieth town and castle just 5 mls.

GARDEN: Open plan patio with furniture, accessible from the kitchen.
PARKING: Allocated parking for TWO cars (car height restriction 7' into internal parking area). 
HEATING: Gas central heating, including under floor heating throughout.

PETS: 2 pets allowed in living area, not allowed in carpeted areas or bedrooms please.

TOWELS: -At this time, due to Covid regulations, we are asking Guests bring their own TOWELS and TEA TOWELS.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will accept mini-breaks out of season - Between October to March only, 56 days before the start date of the holiday.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement

From the car park there are 2 steps up to a gravelled area and then a 7" step into the property through a standard width door. There are two French doors into the kitchen area of the lounge diner, but the height of the step is more than 10". The floors are laminated and it is considered that there is not enough room for a wheel chair.
There is a shower over the bath and a moveable suction grab hand rail.
Parking is in an allocated space 20m from the front door. Surface is tarmac with gravel to the front door.
