Much care and pride has been taken to furnish and decorate this stone cottage which has the bewitching of views of Snowdonia from the large garden. A footpath from outside the door enters the Newborough Warren Nature Reserve to 12 square miles of tumbling sand dunes, forest and lakes, Llanddwyn beach and Llanddwyn Island (usually accessible on foot) the mystical site of our ancient forefathers, home now to a picturesque lighthouse and the ruined church of St. Dwynwen (the Welsh patron saint of lovers and Anglesey's own answer to St. Valentine) and a haven and sanctuary for wild birds and animals. This stone cottage was once a farmhands lodging attached to the original farmhouse and surrounded by three acres of grounds which are mainly laid to lawn and shared with ref 6081, although there are private parts of the garden allocated to the cottage. Easy access to a beautiful sandy beach by car (5 mins), Anglesey Riding Centre (3 miles), Sea Zoo, Bird World, miniature village and Pili Palas Butterfly Palace as well as RSPB reserve Holy Island, Beaumaris castle, gaol and town and to the south is the natural panoramic fresco of the Snowdonia mountains for the more energetic seeking the challenge of a climb or two.

2 BEDROOMS: 1 Kingsize bedroom with TV leading through to a 2nd bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds (may not suit a group of 4 adults due to second bedroom accessed through the master). Bedrooms and Bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are slightly steeper than normal, may not suit less abled. Bed linen and towels provided.
BATHROOM: En-suite with drencher shower over a double ender bath from the master bedroom.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Fitted units with electric oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer microwave and washer/dryer and breakfast table and chairs.
LOUNGE: Original feature stone fireplace housing a woodburning stove, TV with Freeview channels and DVD.
GARDEN: Large garden with patio table and chairs for sitting outside and enjoying the views.

Mini-Break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 14 - 21 days between Easter and Thanksgiving. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

Please note:
A returnable £100 Good Housekeeping Deposit will be required before we can give the key safe code. Our experience shows that this procedure results in an all round better holiday for everyone, as our holiday home owners are prepared to offer better quality properties for guests and all guests fully respect the property and so make manageable the process of  preparing the property for the next guest's full enjoyment. Nearly all our guests are respectful people where the bond is fully returned. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement

Bron Cottage was renovated in 2007. You approach the cottage from a minor road which leads off the A4080, there is a small drive way up to the cottage with excellent access including two 10' field gates across the driveway and front access to the cottage which is laid with slate (loose). Plenty of space for parking.
Front door is lit with an automatic sensor light. Door width is 840mm. Ground floor is on 1 level with no steps. Lounge contains 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, colour TV and wood floor. Light switches are approximately 1400mm from floor level with plenty of lighting throughout. Kitchen has plenty of work surface and electric sockets at worktop level. One flight of stairs, slightly steeper than normal (may not suit less abled) with hand rail which leads to the open plan master bedroom containing wood floor and well lit en suite consisting of toilet basin and bath with overhead drencher shower and wood floor. Access to the second bedroom (bunks) is through the master bedroom. This may not suit a group of 4 adults. Rear garden with patio area. Access from the kitchen and lounge. Sitting area and table.
