Calm and serene setting with glimpses of the countryside and views of the medieval castle from the garden. 5 mins level walk to some shops, cafes and inns, also the Championship Royal St. David's golf course , leisure centre and swimming pool within easy walk. Upper Harlech with the castle and more shops is up a steep hill (or 5 min by car). Excellent location for a selection of sandy beaches, Shell Island, plus interesting hill and mountain walks eg. Roman Steps, Twin Valleys etc. Barmouth (8 mls) for fishing harbour and family entertainment: Porthmadog (8 mls) for steam train attraction, Portmeirion: Snowdon/Beddgelert (15 mls). N. B. 'Bont Briwet' is now open for a quick journey to Porthmadog (July, 2015).

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
