3 BEDROOMS: 2 Double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (the lower bed is a futon and can be a pull out 4' bed, but only suitable for teenagers). Bed linen and towels not provided, but available to hire. All bedrooms rooms are compact and have painted wooden walls. Please note the TV in the bunk bedroom has been removed.
SHOWER ROOM: Small shower room with WC.
KITCHEN: Fitted kitchen with electric hob and gas oven, fridge and microwave.
LOUNGE/DINER: Leather sofa and chairs surround the fireplace for open fires, TV, DVD. Drop leaf dining table by the windows and patio door to front deck with sea views.
GARDEN: Private patios and large sun decking surround the chalet. These are not enclosed.
PARKING: Private drive to the chalet with ample parking. N.B. There is no turning space to the front of the cabin.
HEATING: Full gas central heating and completely double glazed.
ELECTRICITY & GAS: Paid by £1 meter (accepts new or old £1 coins). Average costs £14/week.
EXTRA: Ramp access for the less able. All bedrooms are compact and if you bring your own travel cot the only place for it is in the bunk bedded room instead of using the lower bed of the bunk.
PET: Maximum 2 pets.
N.B. This cabin is right on the seafront and staying here is unique - easy-going guests will have a great time, but more discerning guests might be happier in a higher graded property. There are beds for 4 adults and 2 children, however there are only 4 comfy chairs 1 wicker chair and 5 dining chairs. This is possibly not such a problem in the summer when the patio and decking comes to it's own.
- Logs and coal are available to purchase at a petrol station nearby All bedrooms are compact and we recommend this property is more comfortable for 4 persons than 6. In the summer this isn't such an issue as most of the time you will be on the deck.
- There are no steps down to the beach from the front of the property. The property is protected from the sea by grass-covered earth and a boulder mound along the coastline. You can see it in photo 13 and 14 on the website. It is about 2 and half feet high on the cabin's side and, depending upon where you go down the beach, is about maybe a 4 foot sloping scramble down to the stones on the beach. Children and pets have no problem getting over the mound - I (Gwen from STS) am 50 and can do it too with a little care, but my 80 year old mum would struggle without help. The beach is easier to access about 50m away from the cabin.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Friday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at short notice - not more than 21 days before the starting date of the holiday.

2018 Bookings: Planning permission has been granted to build a BRAND NEW chalet in the winter. It will be LARGER than before, still with 3 bedrooms, but in addition there will be a full bathroom and ensuite shower room. There will be a 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The lounge will have 2 floor length windows and the kitchen will be new. Underfloor heating throughout. It will of course have the same STUNNING VIEWS and be RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It will be available to book from Spring Bank Holiday week. Price group 21( £50 loyalty discount for returning guests). Contact us today to do an Early Bird booking. There are no plans at the moment to include linen and the £1 coin meter will probably remain.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.
We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. it is suitable for the less able but not for fully disable like having to be in a
wheelchair at all times as the you can not access the bedrooms or bathroom with a chair
