This delightful harbourside apartment is just across the way from the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway station where the occasional steam train can be heard in the distance as it slowly leaves on its journey into Snowdonia. The accommodation is extremely comfortably prepared with spacious rooms all on the ground floor and within a few minutes walk of Porthmadog High Street with its many shops and restaurants, leisure centre and museums. You could forget using the car here if it wasn't for the tempting abundant scenic beauty which surrounds Porthmadog. The dramatic splendour of Snowdonia to the south and east, and the gentler countryside and sandy beaches to the west along the Llyn Peninsula. Beddgelert village at the foot of Snowdon is just 7 ml. Cricieth beaches, dominated by its Welsh castle is 5ml. Portmeirion 'Italianate styled village' is a healthy 3 mile walk (or 10 mins by car). Black Rock Sands 2ml where driving onto the beach is permitted. Just around the corner is the little Ffestiniog Steam train station when you can enjoy a nice pint and free WiFi. This is a good central location for a holiday property in North Wales.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. This is a modern two bedroom ground floor flat in a prestigious harbour side development.
The well-lit parking area is on the same level leading to the front door. There is a step up, through modern UPVC door, into the entrance hall area. From the entrance hall, there is a UPVC door, into the inner hall area.
Leading from the inner hall area all rooms are on one level, and are decorated throughout in pale colours with wood internal doors. Most power switches are to be found above the skirting board. Bedside lights are provided in both bedrooms along with central lights. There is additional lighting in the lounge area. The kitchen has electric sockets at workstop level. The lounge area has a colour TV with remote control, DVD player, HiFi and a video cassette player. There is no phone.
From the lounge and the bathroom which face the harbour, there is a step down (through UPVC patio sliding doors) to the level patio area.
