This is a spacious ground floor riverside apartment, one of a select group of eight, within a short stroll of Porthmadog high street and close to the Ffestiniog Railway. The apartment is convenient for all local amenities and is ideally situated for all local tourist attractions including the historic villages of Portmeirion, Beddgelert, Cricieth and Harlech. Porthmadog is a small harbour town on the edge of Snowdonia National Park with a good selection of restaurants and shops and Snowdon itself is only 7 mls away. Comfortable furnished and decorated, the owners have tried to include all essentials needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The ever changing views of the harbour and Porthmadog itself can be enjoyed through the full length patio windows in the living room also great views of steam trains crossing the Glaslyn Bridge. Porthmadog has sandy beaches close by, including Black Rock Sands (2 mls) and Borth y Gest (15 min walk). It is also a convenient place from which to explore the Llyn Peninsula.

This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 14 days between Easter and October half term. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Access Statement

This is a ground-floor apartment with well-lit private parking on the same level.
The apartement is entered through the main door or the patio doors. Both have a small step to enter.
All rooms are on one level and all doors have a clear opening of at least 740mm.
The bathroom has a three piece suite. The bath/shower has grab rails; a non slip bath matt is provided.
The open plan sitting room has a colour TV with remote control and DVD player, and also a dining area.
The kitchen is next to the sitting room and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge (including freezer compartement) and oven.
Both bedrooms have storage and all beds are less than a year old. Bedside lights are also provided.
Outside there is a small paved area, access is through the patio doors (sitting room) or front doorhairs are provided for outside enjoyment.
Shops, restaurants and local amenities are all within a short walking distance.
