This is a very convenient ground floor South Snowdon Wharf flat situated on the popular harbour side of this select development in Porthmadog. It is most comfortably presented with views through the full length patio doors across the harbour and town. The patio has sun in the evening and the welsh highland railway can be seen making its journeys over the Britannia bridge. There is a choice of shops, restaurants and scenic walks within 5 minute walk. Bird watchers and train enthusiasts enjoy this location equally as it is situated near the Ffestiniog Railway station where steam trains cross the wet lands that attract so many migrant and domestic wild fowl including an Osprey family. Porthmadog is an excellent all round location with sandy beaches and mountains so close at hand.

WiFi: Available at an extra charge through an independent internet provider (the cost for access is approx. £5 a day, £8 for 2 days or £18 for a week as at the 1st of June, 2015).

Mini-break Rules for this Cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day. This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 21 days between Easter and October half term. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner. Access Statement

This single storey ground floor flat provides a high standard of accommodation, in pleasant surroundings, which should meet most needs.
A well-lit parking area is on the level, at the main door. Entrance has one step up to the entrance hall (a ramp is available which is kept in the outside cupboard next to the main door).
All rooms are on one level, with all doors having a clear opening of at least 740mm. Most power points are approx. 30mm above floor.
Bedside lights are provided in the bedroom, there is plenty of additional lighting throughout.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with illuminated mirror and WC.
The sitting room has a colour TV with remote control including integrated radio and DVD/CD player.
There are two steps from the lounge area to access the outside patio overlooking the harbour.
Patio table and chairs are provided and are stored in the outside cupboard adjacent to the main door.
