Snowdonia Tourist Services Ltd. (STS) is a holiday letting agency accredited by the Welsh Assembly Government to promote holiday properties in North Wales.
To qualify and operate as a VISIT WALES / WALES TOURIST BOARD ACCREDITED AGENCY we, Snowdonia Tourist Services Ltd. have to prove that our service to our guest clients is fair and honourable at all times and that the holiday properties we promote and hire to our guest clients are guaranteed to be equal or even better than, their advertised grading standard.
All STS holiday properties are regularly inspected by an independent grading officer from the Visit Wales department of the Welsh Assembly Government (Formerly called, the Wales Tourist Board). Visit Wales Quality Advisors also regularly inspect our office procedures and brochure for accuracy and reliability. The last audit report from the Wales Tourist Board stated:
