 Beautifully prepared for the more discrerning guest is this single storey barn conversion with full eco-friendly features which makes it warm and cosy throughout the year. Uninterupted panoramic views of the Snowdonia mountains can be enjoyed from all main rooms and the large decked area and natural meadow. There is a nature reserve in the fields adjoining and a Barn Owl makes regular visits to the field for a night time snack. The spacious rooms with classy furniture makes it an ideal place to come and relax after exploring the island of Anglesey. Situated just 1 ml outside the small village of Bryn Teg less than 3 miles from the beach at Benllech. it is very central to tourist attractions like the Sea Zoo, RSPB reserve, Beaumaris castle. Snowdonia is just over the Menai straits (6mls). Start from the small city of Bangor (12ml) and work your way through the valleys to Betws y Coed and Swallow falls (25ml), Pass Roman camp and Magnificent mount Snowdon to Beddgelert (35ml) and then travel home through Caernarfon's walled town and castle (12ml).


1 BEDROOM: 1 bedroom with a double pine bed and matching furniture. Bed lined provided, please bring your own towels and tea towels.
SHOWER ROOM: Luxury walk  in shower, wc and hand wash basin
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Feature inglenook with wood burning stove, attractive fitted units with electric hob, eye level oven and eye level microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. CD stereao system.
LOUNGE: Spacious lounge with full length picture windows and french doors to sunny decking area. Large 50" flat screen freesat HD tv, DVD. Folding bed available for the lounge.
HEATING: Full underfloor central heating from ground source heat pumps and solar panels included. Electricity included.
OUTSIDE: There is a large private decked area to the rear of the cottage with table and chairs. This extends to a meadow which is mainly left to grow naturally to encourage wildlife.although the area nearest the deck is mown. To the front of the cottage is a shared courtyard and a paved area with table and chairs and ample room for parking.
EXTRA: The owners use the adjoining building for their own holiday use. They will share the courtyard , but their grounds are well away from the guests' cottage.
PETS: Strictly, only 1 small dog No larger than a Cocker Spaniel will be allowed.
