The Granary at Henblas is approached from a private drive from the B4422 to a gravelled courtyard near the owner's house.
There is a short external staircase to the 270mm wide entrance door above which is an outside light. On entering you go into a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The electric sockets in the kitchen are 200mm above worktop level and the other power points 300mm above the skirting boards. The television has a remote control. There is no phone.
To access the bathroom and two bedrooms you need to go up one step. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two, bunk beds. There are bedside lights and ample power points. Doors to the bedrooms are 300mm wide.
There is wood burning stove and electric room heaters.
All walls are painted white.
Outside there is a table and chairs in the shared courtyard and parking space with level access to the large garden and woodland.
