ELECTRICITY & OIL CENTRAL HEATING: Inclusive June, July and August, first £15 is included at other times which is normally sufficient with considerate use.
EXTRA: Access is up 13 original stone steps (the lower 2/3 are a little bit worn) ooses character ideal for a family who want to have a holiday in somewhere different. The ground floor is used for storage.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multiweek Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card. We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. Simply deselect them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover. Pet Charge £20
NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
