Character and antiquity have been carefully maintained in the conversion and restoration of this property to offer comfortable family accommodation. This cottage is a conversion from the original granary attached at the rear to Henblas Country House. Access is via the original exterior stone staircase leading to the living accommodation, all on the first floor (ground floor now used by the owner for storage and utility rooms). The attractive living room has a high vaulted ceiling, antique furniture and log burning stove adding to its unique charm. The cottage is surrounded by 17 acres of grounds with views of Snowdonia National Park mountains. Aberffraw (4ml) is a small seaside town near a sandy beach with acres of sand-dunes. Nearby is an Open Farm and children's activity centre (1/4ml), an interesting Sea Zoo just 7ml away and Bird World (3ml). A day return ferry to Dublin as a foot passenger from Holyhead (10ml) is a great experience. South Stack RSPB bird sanctuary is a must in spring and early summer (12ml). Snowdonia National Park and mountains are a scenic 14ml drive over the Menai Straits to the mainland. Access to this cottage is via a tree lined drive shared with Ref: 6100.

2 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds (or compact 2 single beds on request). Bed linen provided. please bring your own towels & tea towels.
BATHROOM: Bath with shower washbasin and WC.
KITCHEN AREA: Pitch pine units, electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
DINING/LOUNGE AREA: Lovely room with wood burning stove, Freeview TV and DVD.
GARDEN: Large courtyard with garden furniture.
PARKING: Ample parking in large courtyard.
ELECTRICITY & OIL CENTRAL HEATING: Inclusive June, July and August, first £15 is included at other times which is normally sufficient with considerate use.  
EXTRA: Access is up 13 original stone steps (the lower 2/3 are a little bit worn) ooses character ideal for a family who want to have a holiday in somewhere different. The ground floor is used for storage.
