Set in 17 acres of well tended gardens and grounds to include woodlands with walks and views across Anglesey to Snowdonia. Aberffraw (4ml) is one of the best sandy beaches with sand-dunes. Nearby is an Open Farm and children's activity centre (1/4ml), Sea Zoo (7ml), Bird World (3ml), ferry to Dublin (10ml). Snowdonia National Park (14ml). Access is via a tree lined drive shared with Ref: 6101.

The Coach House at Henblas is approached from a private drive from the B4422 to a gravelled courtyard near to the owner's house. The accommodation is large open planned, timber beamed at the top of an outside stone staircase with a hand rail. As the building is old the stairs are uneven in places due to wear and tear. There is an outside light. The front door is 410mm wide, and there are three steps to the main floor.
On the main floor is a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The electric sockets in the kitchen are 200mm above the worktop level. The television and video have remote control, there is no phone. There is a log burning stove and electric room heaters. The lighting is good and there are ample power points at varying heights, the lowest above the skirting board and the highest 300mm. The door to the bathroom is 320mm wide.
The first bedroom is a mezzanine double room approached from an open staircase. The second bedroom is approached from a steep open staircase and has 3 single beds.
All walls are painted white.
Outisde there is a table and chairs in the shared courtyard and parking space with level access to the large garden and woodland.
The cottage is not really suitable for either the physically disabled or the visually impaired.
