Robyn's Nest is approached down a steep driveway from the main road through 2 gates.  the cottage has 2 entrances, 1 directly from the driveway on level 1. 2nd, Patio entrance down a stone stepped pathway with a 'low headroom door' leading into cottage with ground floor bedroom, bathroom and kitchen leading off.

10 treaded staircase leads up to 1st floor lounge - 3 steps lead up to dining area, then master bedroom.  Handrails are provided on all internal stairways.

The patio area is level & evenly surfaced with concrete slabs, driveway in front of cottage is tarmaced.
