Quietly situated in a cul de sac in the endearing village of Eglwys Bach hidden amongst the rolling lush countryside near the Conwy river valley is this very comfortable detached family home. It is within a small stroll of the village inn and on the doorstep of the National Trust's gem Bodnant Gardens ( 1ml). The compact historical town and harbour of Conwy is on the coast, 6 miles down the valley, protected by the magnificent Conwy Castle and walls. RSPB have a nature reserve near there. Llandudno (8ml) is a Victorian styled seaside resort with shops, ski slopes, a swimming pool, a theatre and an Alice in Wonderland museum. Betws y Coed (9ml) stands on the threshold of Snowdonia and there is no doubting it as the landscape transforms into a rugged drama with gushing waterfalls and towering peaks. Snowdon (Pen y Pass) is a 30 minute drive. This is a comfortable central location for the taste of the sedate North Wales coast and the challenge of Snowdonia.
