1 BEDROOM: 1 double bedroom with 5' bed. Bed linen provided, but please bring your own towels.

KITCHEN AREA: Lovely room including electric oven and gas hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
LOUNGE AREA: Open log fire and TV with freeview and DVD.
PARKING: Natural grounds with parking.
HEATING: Full gas central heating with under floor heating.
ELECTRICITY & GAS: Electricity, central heating and gas included. Logs £15 per week is required, £20 for central heating.
EXTRA: Spring water supply to the cottage is filtered and UV treated Access is along a 2.5 ml trackway with a few potholes which can be driven in ordinary cars if taken with a little care. This is a managed woodland and occasionally there will be some clearing of trees somewhere on the 150 hectares of the woods.

"5003B is an attractive barn conversion to a very comfortable and spacious cottage for two persons. Standards generally are very well maintained but there is a need to sort out a couple of criteria requirements to achieve a 4 **** grade [bedside shelf to one side of the bed and linen to be provided - these have now been attended to.]"

NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
