The cottage offers a relaxing base for visitors, whether you are looking for a place to relax or explore, this place deffinately offers it to you. The Villages of Dyffryn Ardudwy and Llanbedr are both 2mls away and offer a few village shops, Inns, Cafes and restaurants. A good walk from the Cottage leads you to Cwm Nantcol waterfalls and also the famous Roman Steps into the Rhinog Mountains and beyond. Harlech (6 miles) with its lovely sandy beach and dunes is a medieval town dominated by its well preserved castle. Visit Porthmadog (12 miles) for the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway station , and also a selection of interesting shops. A quick 7 miles away is the Seaside town, Barmouth , with its fantastic views and selection of shops, this town also offers a Funfair- perfect to relive your younger days!
