Access Statement
Approach is from the main road down a private gravelled drive with gates to a parking area sufficient for 6 cars. There is a flagged slightly sloping pathway running from the car park to the conservatory door-step and to the back door. Which has a small step. Can also go down 2 steps from car park to conservatory.From the conservatory the ground floor is all level, with narrow doors leading from kitchen to lounge to bottom of stairs. Narrow stairway with turning at top, up to further stairs onto landing.
The 2 double bedrooms lead off the landing. A small step leads from the landing to the end of the room (bunk beds) and to the bathroom. All light switches are approx 1240mm and sockets 350mm.
Kitchen sockets at worktop level and cooker etc higher up on the wall.
TV has remote control. Lawned garden has picnic table and bench. Also bench outside conservatory and table-chairs.
