This comfortable and attractively prepared stone cottage is quietly situated in its own private garden setting in the pretty village of Llanbedr , 3ml south of Harlech . There is a large enclosed garden with ample parking, lawn with picnic bench. The village is located on the river Artro, just 1km from the sea and Shell Island. There is a good family Inn and restaurants, and selection of shops within walking distance of the cottage. All who visit this area enjoy the 'Roman Steps' walk which is a few miles up the River Artro valley, where wild mountain goats may be seen foraging between the yellow gorse bushes. Harlech too has a nice selection of shops and eating places, a theatre, leisure centre and golf course; Harlech Castle perched high on a cliff top has fantastic views. Pony trekking and slate caverns nearby. Barmouth (7ml) is a lovely fishing town with spectacular views of the mawddach estuary. Porthmadog (18ml) is situated on the Glaslyn estuary and has two attractions for steam train enthusiasts.

3 BEDROOMS: 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (awaiting photograph).  Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels.
