This spacious mid terrace house is conveniently located for public transport, scenic walks and of course the village Inn, serving good Ales with a charming atmosphere. This 2 bedroom house in the small village of Talsarnau offers comfortable spacious rooms on 3 levels. The Bryn Cader Faner cairn circle is located near the village, this Bronze Age site is said to be one of the wonders of prehistoric Wales. Only a short walk to the train station your Cambrian Coast train journey awaits; with visits along the coast to Porthmadog, Criccieth, Pwllheli, Harlech, Barmouth , all the way to Machynlleth. Talsarnau is a small village with an Inn and a Cafe & Restaurant. A short walk from the property is the foreshore of the Dwyryd estuary and Giftan island, which is only accessible at low tide, this is heaven for wading, birds and other wildlife and is surrounded by the most magnificent views of the Snowdonia mountains and across the estuary to Portmeirion village. 4 miles away is Harlech, a World Heritage Site , given to it because of its proud Castle. Harlech also offers a picturesque beach with miles of golden sand, The Royal Golf Club, Theatre, animal farms, Hobby Shops, Restaurants and Cafes- including "Llew Glas Deli"- perfect for sourcing local produce and fantastic homemade cakes. Porthmadog town is just 7miles for shops, steam train rides, harbour and restaurants.

KITCHEN: Home from home kitchen with all the utensils you need. Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, electric oven + hob, Breakfast bar for 2 people. Views across the fields.
LOUNGE : Comfortable seating area located on the lower ground floor, with direct access through the french doors to the long garden area and countryside beyond.
BATHROOM: Bath, Shower cubicle, WC, Washing Machine. (Same floor as Lounge)
SHOWER ROOM: On the 1st floor, Shower cubicle, hwb, WC.
GARDEN: ENCLOSED GARDEN. Access via the double patio doors from the Lounge or from the Boot room. Aditional access from the bottom of the garden via the garden gate. Long patio with a feature pond with garden furniture. Not suitable for unsupervised children.
PARKING: Private parking to the rear of the property for 2 cars.

A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
