There are beautiful views from the bay windows of this four storey Victorian house in an elevated position in Barmouth . The lounge of this very comfortable and spacious house is situated on the 1st floor and enjoys views of Cader Idris mountains, Mawddach estuary and the open sea as do all but one of the bedrooms. Situated within an easy downhill walk of the harbour and shops in Barmouth, it is a most convenient place to stay for the shops, sandy beaches or for driving around and exploring North and Mid Wales. The town has a good selection of restaurants, inns and interesting shops, particularly antiques. There is a secluded sandy beach along a 200m footpath from the house. Local attractions include steam train rides, pony trekking, fishing, mountain biking.

5 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom with en suite bath and WC and 1 single bedroom, both on the 2nd floor with views. 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both with views on the 3rd floor and 1 bedroom with bunk beds on the 3rd floor. Bed linen is included
