HEATING: Gas central heating in most rooms, electric heaters in some bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multiweek Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card. We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
