Access Statement

This single storey wooden built chalet bungalow is situated right on the beach with access directly on to the beach from your front door. There is no passing traffic therefore gives children freedom and is safe. Approach is along a narrow, shingle sandy path which is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. The grounds are enclosed and a gate at the front. There is an elevated rear patio up concrete steps.
The kitchen is spacious and has fitted units. Electric sockets are at worktop level. Lighting is good.
The two bedrooms are compact and are accessed through the through room where there is a childrs 2'6" bed. The acess to the double room is through a narrow door 18" wide. There is only access into the bed from one side only. There are bed side lights by each bed. The shower room has a shower cubicle, W.C. and washbasin. Access to the shower room is off the kitchen diner
Very comfortable lounge has a fire with patio doors and colour television.
This is all on ground level throughout. Doorways are standard width apart from the one into the double bedroom.
There is no parking outside, the chalet car park is about 100m from the chalet.
