Cedars is an imposing double fronted Victorian house on the seafront in Pwllheli and No.1 is one of two completely self contained grounf floor apartments.
Accomodation consists of two bedrooms, one double and and one twin, shower room with WC and hand basin, galley kitchen with very good white goods and carpet flooring, which is in excellent condition at present, and a very attractive lounge / diner with large bay window overlooking the beach.
Fitted and furnished with modern conveniences, all to very nice standards and providing most comfortable accomodation for 4 persons within 25 yards of the lovely sandy beach and having views towards Abersoch and Cardigan Bay. A large shared patio area is available to the front with furniture and loungers.
Ample street parking available. The overall percentage is 73.14%
