"3141 is newly built 4 storey property and conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from Pwllheli high street. Car parking is to the front and access can be from car park on lower ground floor level or upper ground floor which is convenient for less ambulant person as the kitchen/diner, bathroom and double bedroom are on that floor. Beautiful views over towards Abersoch and the Snowdonia mountains.
Lounge, twin bedroom with hand wash basin is on the 1st floor and the master bedroom with en suite shoer room is on the upper floor.
The whole house is furnished and decorated in a modern contemporary style and kitchen is fully fitted with a wide range of quality white goods. Utility room with auto washer and tumble dryer is on lower ground floor by entrance from car park.
