The ground floor is split level in style with the bedroom, cloaks. and kitchen on a slightly higher level than the drawing room and lounge/ dining room. The furniture is a mixture of high quality modern and antiques reflecting a pleasant style. There are distant countryside and seaviews from the upper rooms and small balcony. The small country hotel is only a short walk for drinks and meals, Cricieth town is a 20 minute stroll for further excellent restaurants, tea rooms, shops and beaches. The medeaval castle dominates the coastline and town. Enjoy a train trip along the coast, visit Portmeirion village, the steam trains at Porthmadog or the Lloyd George museum at Llanystumdwy, all within 5mls. Snowdonia is only a short car drive, Beddgelert village in the heart of the mountains is just 12mls.

3 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom downstairs, 1 kingsize bedroom with en suite shower room/wc, TV and freeview, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can become a 6' double. Linen and towels provided.
BATHROOM: Bath and WC on 1st floor. Cloakroom with WC and hand wash basin on the ground floor.
DRAWING ROOM: Beautiful regency style room with feature pine fireplace and living flame gas fire plus patio doors to the garden, TV, VCR and DVD .
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM: Contemporary dining suite and lounge with seating for 4 people, TV, DVD and freeview. Bed settee.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Cottage style room with AGA, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
GARDEN: Enclosed mature rear garden with terraces and large patio. The large gardens extend to woodlands.
PARKING: Ample parking.
HEATING: Full central heating.

£20 extra charge to the owner if required at other times.

FAQ: The downstairs cloak room is next door to the bedroom. The cottage is situated well back frm the hotel and to one side so it remains private from the hotel. The patio and garden is on the otherside of the cottage and is not seen by the hotel. The cottage has its own drive which spurs off the drive to the hotel. The hotel is small and we have had no feedback that it is noisy,  infact guests enjoy a meal out there with a short walk home.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
