An attractive little single storey fisherman's cottage (one of six) in a superb position on the beach within walking distance (200m) to the small historical fishing village of Trefor on the dramatic Lleyn peninsula. This is the place to come to for peace and relaxation surrounded by spectacular coastal views and a dramatic back drop of the Eifl mountians. The village, which has no through traffic, is a short walk away and has a village shop. In the summer months porpoises, dolphins and seals can be seen along this coastline of outstanding natural beauty. Walk to the Ancient Iron Age fort at the top of the Eifl and walk amoungs 120 stone hut circles that remain in this abandoned walled settlement. The historic town of Caernarfon and market town of Pwllheli (both 10ml) have a variety of shops, leisure centres, restaurants, inns to choose from. Caernarfon has further remains of a Roman settlement and Caernarfon Castle is a World Heritage site. The mountains of Snowdonia are only a 20 mins scenic coastal drive away to Llanberis where you can choose to walk up or take the steam train to the top. Choose from the beach at the front of the cottage or any other private beaches tucked into the coves along this quiter part of the Lleyn peninsula.
2 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom with views of the sea and beach and 1 single bedroom. Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels & tea towels.
SHOWER ROOM: Shower room with electric shower, hand wash basin and WC.
KITCHEN: Modern fitted pine units in the galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
LOUNGE/DINER: Views of the harbour, sea and beach, open fire, beamed ceiling and digital freeview TV, DVD.
GARDEN: Patio and garden to the front with spectacular harbour, sea and coastline views. Sunny private rear garden with patio and lawns, but there are steps down from the garden which are not suitable for unsupervised small children.
PARKING: Ample parking.
HEATING: Night storage heaters throughout.
ELECTRICITY: Paid by meter reading (usually less than £10/week)
ACCESS: There is a short sloping footpath 20' with 4 steps up to the front door

ACCESS STATEMENT
This single storey cottage was renovated in recent years to provide a high standard of accommodation in pleasant surroundings, which should meet most needs.
The property is accessed from a tarmac public car park but up a fairly steep concrete path. On opening the gate there are eight steps graduating across the front patio area to the front door. No room for ramps, all rooms are on one level with doors having a clear opening of approx 740mm.
The sitting room has a colour TV and video and a radio in the bedroom but no phone.
Rear outside patio is accessed via nine steep steps. Outdoor table - chairs are provided on the front patio.
