Peace and tranquility awaits at this very comfortable property in the countryside near Rhydyclafdy , between the coastal market town of Pwllheli (3 ml) and the seaside village of Abersoch (4ml). Conveniently designed and all on the ground floor it has a large lounge diner with lovely countryside views. The bathroom is spacious and the bath has low sides making it suitable for the less abled and children. The house is attached to the owners property only at the front door and porch which is communal. You are guaranteed that the property will be at its best for your arrival and you will receive a warm welcome from the owners who are happy to help you make the most of your holiday or to keep a distance, whichever you prefer. There are a choice of beaches nearby, Pwllheli is the closest (3 ml), but you may prefer to explore and find quiet coves just to yourselves-take a picnic. The country lanes are part of the national cycle scheme and the rolling countryside means it is not too much a challenge-not like Snowdonia! The grand mountains of the National Park stand proudly to the east. The master, Snowdon, is a 40 minute drive through spectacular gorges. Local attractions inclue beach horse riding or sailing in Abersoch (4ml), surfing at Hell's Mouth (5ml), bird watching and ferry trips to Bardsey island from Aberdaron (12ml), open farms and castle near Cricieth , steam trains and Portmeirion village in Porthmadog (16ml)

BEDROOMS: 1 Double and 1 Twin. Bed linen included and beds prepared for your arrival, towels by extra arrangement.

LOUNGE/DINER: spacious lounge/diner with tv with freeview and DVD. Pleasant countryside views and french doors to a sunny patio and large garden with furniture.

GARDEN: Shared use of a very large private garden which extends to over 2 acres.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday.
