ACCESS STATEMENT

The property is accessed through one swing gate that needs to be closed at all times, following use. The driveway is partially dirt track partially paved wheel wells with lawned central reservation. The parking area is loose stone, just a few steps away from the front door. There is a small cement paved patio at the entrance to the cottage.
The front door is short of the standard door height, however, of standard width. Immediately upon entering the cottage there are two steps up from a small tiled floor area. From there the cottage is all on one floor. Both the bathroom and bedroom doors are extremely narrow. The bedroom door is also quite short.
