A traditional two bedroom detached Welsh stone cottage situated in the heart of Snowdonia and close to the Nantlle Ridge, that boasts spectacular panoramic views of the North Wales Coast, Menai Strait and Anglesey. Superb location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park , in the hamlet of Nebo, and close to the coast, the cottage offers a charming, romantic retreat in a perfect position to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty. This delightful cottage oozes original features - in the lounge there is the original inglenook fireplace with a log burning stove. The owner has gone to town to make this cottage an unforgetable experience. Situated off the beaten track, with the owner's cottage in large grounds, there are countryside views from all of the windows. The village of Penygroes 3mls has a few village shops, library with internet access, pub and takeaways. Caernarfon has an interesting mix of shops, restaurants within the town walls, there are boat trips from the harbour and a castle to explore. Dinas Dinlle (5ml) is the local award winning beach with miles of sand, dunes and the earthworks of an Iron Age hill fort. Porthmadog (10ml), famous for its quay and steam railways and especially for the long stretch of sandy 'Black Rock Sands' beach, onto which you can drive your car and park. Mighty Snowdon looms above just one valley away, 20mins by car, for an exhilarating walk or a sedate train ride to the summit.

The cottage front has been painted and is well presented. Cleanliness is to an excellent standard in all areas of the cottage.
Attractive furnishings including wall pictures. Quality furniture with 2 two seater settee. Very comfortable double bedroom with plain emulsion decor over plastered stone walls.
Very good quality sani ware.
Very attractive crockery and very good to excellent pots and pans.
Owner has prepared the cottage to very high standards."
