This little cottage is comfortably furnished to a high standard. All front rooms have uninterrupted views across the Nantlle valley. Originally a quarryman's cottage in a row of similar properties, it is in a slightly elevated position on the edge of the village of Talysarn, within a short walk of the village inn, playground and footpaths through the peaceful countryside and along the river Llifon. At the head of this valley, only 5 mls away, is mount Snowdon - from its dizzy heights the grandeur of the landscape will be appreciated (Snowdon Mountain Railway from Llanberis). Guests will enjoy relaxing on the award winning sandy beach at Dinas Dinlle (5 ml), visiting historic Caernarfon town (7 mls), castle, harbour and taking steam train rides through Snowdonia (Welsh Highland Railway 5mls) or boat trips around Anglesey.

2 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom with valley views and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels provided.
BATHROOM: Bath, WC and electric shower over the bath, downstairs .
LOUNGE/DINER: TV, VCR, DVD electric fire and valley views.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine/dryer.
GARDEN: There is a small area to the front of the property with a bench and a terraced enclosed garden on 4 levels with excellent southerly views from the top lawned garden. This may not be suitable for toddlers. Garden furniture available.
PARKING: Quiet street parking.
HEATING: Gas central heating.
ELECTRICITY & GAS: Both included.

We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
