GARDEN: There is a small area to the front of the property with a bench and a terraced enclosed garden on 4 levels with excellent southerly views from the top lawned garden. This may not be suitable for toddlers. Garden furniture available.

We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
