2 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room and another double bedroom with en suite WC and hand wash basin. Bed Linen and Towels NOT PROVIDED but are available for hire.
BATHROOM: Bath, WC and shower over the bath.
LIVING/DINING ROOM: Spacious living area with TV and feature fireplace with electric fire. Steps between living room/kitchen/bedrooms.
KITCHEN: Modern fitted units with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
SUN ROOM: Opens onto the garden. (Preparation work on replacing the windows has been started in this room and is awaiting completion. There plaster has been removed from under the cils and the owner is waiting for the repair man to recover from an illness July 2011 )
GARDEN: Large and natural garden.
PARKING: Off road parking by the main gate 50m from the chalet.
HEATING: Oil central heating
ELECTRICITY & OIL: Oil central heating and hot water is inclusive. Electricity is paid by meter reading with the first £10 inclusive.
Lobby for the storage of fishing, climbing, golf equipment etc... Steps between rooms.
EXTRA: The chalet is on three levels. The upper level is where the kitchen and bathroom & wc is situated. There are 3 steps down to the lounge level and three more steps down from the lounge to the bedrooms and to the Sunroom. If any one in the party has special needs please read the access statement or speak with a member of staff before booking.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multiweek Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card. We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. Simply deselect them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover. Pet Charge £20
NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
