From the foothills of Snowdonia a country lane leads down to the farm and farmhouse with its little stone cottage attached which is festooned with multicoloured flowers. The cottage is in a split level design and is much larger than the photographs suggest. The comfortable lounge has two large picture windows full of countryside scenery and the garden which leads from the lounge is above a small river. A newly fitted kitchen/breakfast room is in a traditional farmhouse style leads to an enclosed patio to the front of the cottage which catches the dappled evening sunlight. There are countryside walks from the door up into the hills or down into the historical village of Clynnog Fawr (1.5ml) whose 13 Century church dominated the coastline marking the route to Bardsey Island . Beaches at Trefor (4ml) or 2ml stretch of sandy beach at Dinas Dinlle (6ml). Excellent location for touring Snowdonia and Lleyn Peninsula , the market/harbour towns of Pwllheli (10ml) to the south of Caernarfon (10ml) to the east have shops and restaurants, Caernarfon has an impressive castle and remains of a Roman Barracks. Llanberis village (12ml) at the foot of Snowdon mountain has many attractions including a lake and steam trains.

KITCHEN/DINER: Attractive fitted farmhouse kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, Electric fire and washing machine.

GARDEN: Large enclosed garden which is shared with the owner, but part of which is for guests sole use with garden furniture for enjoying the magnificent views across the countryside to distant mountains in Snowdonia. Enclosed patio to the front.
PARKING: Next to the cottage.

EXTRA: There is a travel cot available but no room for it in the bedroom.
