Access Statement

There is a level parking area to the front of the property.  There is a level pathway from the pavement to Front Door .  The downstairs lounge and kitchen are all one level.  There is a staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom.  The staircase is quite narrow but it does have a sturdy banister. 

Bedside lights are available in both bedrooms and overhead lighting throughout the cottage. The patio area has outside lightning.

The Rear patio area is on two levels access is by 3 steps from the back door of the cottage.

The lounge has a colour television  with remote control and teletext  there is also a video radio/cassette  and CD players with remote control.
