ACCESS STATEMENT

Seren wib 2065 is of recent construction. Approach is off a B road onto a priveat driveway which is sloping and tarmaced. There is ample parking close to the enterance which is on the level and has a covering of slate chips. A concrete ramp offers easy access to the entrance door. The accommodation is on one level with a walk in shower(wet room). This cottage would be suitable for someone less able but, unfortunately, not for a 'wheelchair only' user as there is insufficient room for maneuvering. There is garden seating on level ground directly outside the enterance. Access to all other seating areas is via a few steps as the garden is terraced.
