Superb setting on the bank of the River Glaslyn. A lovely, modern cottage in the picturesque village of Beddgelert . Set amidst stunning scenery - a mix of mountains, lakes, woodlands and streams at the foot of Snowdon. The cottage is very comfortable with a lovely cream leather suite around a log fire in the lounge and a sunny enclosed garden to the rear with access down to the river. Walking to the village is a short walk (5min) for the restaurants, village shops etc. In the village centre there is an ancient bridge surrounded by stone houses nestling below rocky outcrops, There are gentle tree-fringed riverside walks ideal for all, even pushchairs from the village. The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring Snowdonia. Nearby there are sandy beaches at Porthmadog (8ml), golf courses and castles at Harlech and Caernarfon, and several Great Little Trains of Wales within 30mins drive. Betws y Coed (24ml) / Conwy valley a spectacular 30min drive.

3 BEDROOMS: 2 with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Only Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels & tea towels. There is no cot.
BATHROOM: Bath, WC and shower over the bath.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Attractive with fitted units, electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave. washer/dryer, dishwasherand views.
LOUNGE/DINER: TV, VCR, DVD and ski digibox plus a wood burning stove.
GARDEN: Enclosed with furniture and gated access to the steps which lead down to the river.
PARKING: 2 cars within 60 metres distance.
HEATING: Night storage heaters.
ELECTRICITY: Paid by meter reading. First £20 of electricity included between April and October.  (usually enough with considerate use). November to March ALL electricity is paid for by meter reading

We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
