Truly spectacular scenery of Snowdonia surrounds this cottage on a hillside above the Nantgwynant valley. This 18th century cottage has been beautifully decorated and furnished to a very comfortable standard. Part of its charm is its remoteness. A footpath runs along a lake and river to Beddgelert (3ml) and even mighty Snowdon is accessible (1/2ml) from the doorstep. Beddgelert is an attractive mountain village with Inns, restaurants and a few shops, access to the internet is available at Caffi Gwynant (1/2 mile). Porthmadog (12ml) is on the coast with golden sandy beaches nearby, steam train attractions etc, and Caernarfon (15ml) has a mighty castle.

3 BEDROOMS: 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.Bed linen & towels provided..
BATHROOM: Bath and WC.
KITCHEN: Attractive modern and fitted with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and fabulous views of Snowdon.
LOUNGE: TV, DVD, some sky channels and a multifuel log stove situated in a feature fireplace.
GARDEN: Lawn to the front with furniture, ideal fro admiring the view.
PARKING: Parking for 2 cars.
HEATING: Central heating
ELECTRICITY & GAS: Inclusive September to June (In July/August hot water is on a timer and inclusive in the price. If it turns cold then the heating will be on).
EXTRA: Owners live in attached property.
PET: Maximum 2 large dogs or 3 small dogs.

We strongly recommend that you take our cancellation protection (See Terms & Conditions ), this has already been selected for you when you book. NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
