Truly spectacular scenery of Snowdonia surrounds this cottage on a hillside above the Nantgwynant valley. This 18th century cottage has been beautifully decorated and furnished to a very comfortable standard. Part of its charm is its remoteness. A footpath runs along a lake and river to Beddgelert (3ml) and even mighty Snowdon is accessible (1/2ml) from the doorstep. Beddgelert is an attractive mountain village with Inns, restaurants and a few shops, access to the internet is available at Caffi Gwynant (1/2 mile). Porthmadog (12ml) is on the coast with golden sandy beaches nearby, steam train attractions etc, and Caernarfon (15ml) has a mighty castle.
3 BEDROOMS: 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Only Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels & tea towels.
BATHROOM: Bath and WC.
KITCHEN: Attractive modern and fitted with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washer and fabulous views of Snowdon.
LOUNGE: TV, DVD, some sky channels and a multifuel log stove situated in a feature fireplace.
GARDEN: Lawn to the front with furniture, ideal fro admiring the view.
PARKING: Parking for 2 cars.
HEATING: Central heating
ELECTRICITY & GAS: Inclusive September to June (In July/August hot water is on a timer and inclusive in the price. If it turns cold then the heating will be on).
EXTRA: Owners live in attached property.
PET: Maximum 2 small pets.

Access Statement
Castell is only suitable for those with minimal disability.
Deep step to get onto the path which is then level. Ground floor is flat, large living room, not cluttered kitchen well equipped and again large.
Upstairs, accessible via stairs (handrail in place). Two large double bedrooms, one medium single twin room.
Bathroom is small with bath (no shower) bath is quite deep.
No mobile phone reception.
