ACCESS STATEMENT

Access to Glandon is through double gates off the single track lane from Garndolbenmaen.
There is ample parking on the slate/gravel parking area with sloping cobbled access to the cottage, lit by automatic sensor.
A 150mm sill at the front door leads to the hall with three 150mm steps from the hall up into the kitchen and lounge. Level access leads to the bathroom and bedrooms.
Kitchen power points are 200/300mm above worktop level. All remaining power points are 300mm above floor level.
External lights are available from switches within the cottage.
The lounge has a colour TV with built in cassette player and remote control, a DVD player with remote control and a CD player. Outside there are level slate paved patio areas with a barbeque and level lawns. A gravel path gives access to a feature heather bed and grass paths to a wild garden with young trees. There is a narrow stone footbridge over the stream, which is newly built and very pretty.
