2 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Folding bed for an additional child available. Bed linen and towels provided. (The folding bed is kept in the lounge. There is a small recess in the hall if you move the table or there is room for it in the master bedroom).
BATHROOM: Bath and WC with power shower over the bath.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Cottage style kitchen with log burner, gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
LOUNGE: Spacious lounge with log burner in feature fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD and CD player.
GARDEN: Large enclosed extended garden with patio furniture and wildlife area with trees.
PARKING: Ample parking.
HEATING: Log burners and Electric heaters in all rooms
ELECTRICITY: 1st £10 included. GAS: Included. COAL: Free of charge.

NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
