Surrounded by magnificent grounds in attractive open country at the foot of Garn Goch Mountain , less than a mile from the village of Garndolbenmaen and 6 miles from Porthmadog is this lovely cottage by it's own stream. The cottage has been carefully extended by its owner who has retained it's original features and added a little bit more. The original dwelling is now a spacious lounge which boasts a fine inglenook fireplace which leads to a cosy cottage kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are on a slightly lower level than the rest of the cottage, down a few steps. The cottage is surrounded by a large enclosed garden which has traditional floral beds to the front and a wildlife garden with a natural stream to the rear and on a clear day views of the sea and Tremadog Bay. Garndolbenmaen is just over a mile along a country lane to a shop and village inn, with more country inns and restaurant within a few miles. Superb beaches at Black Rock Sands and Criccieth , and wonderful country and mountain walks. Other attractions nearby include Portmeirion village, Ffestiniog Steam Railway, Caernarfon Castle and Snowdon.

2 BEDROOMS: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Folding bed for an additional child available. Bed linen and towels provided. (The folding bed is kept in the lounge. There is a small recess in the hall if you move the table or there is room for it in the master bedroom).
BATHROOM: Bath and WC with power shower over the bath.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Cottage style kitchen with log burner, gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
LOUNGE: Spacious lounge with log burner in feature fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD and CD player.
GARDEN: Large enclosed extended garden with patio furniture and wildlife area with trees.
PARKING: Ample parking.
HEATING: Log burners and Electric heaters in all rooms

 1st £10 included.  GAS: Included.  COAL: Free of charge. 
EXTRA: A stream runs by the house which is not fenced and not suitable for young children.

MINIBREAKS & WEEKENDS: Bookings that are for less than a week are only bookable within 28 days of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a properties usual change over day are at the discretion of the property owner.
