STS Grade 3   A spacious detached stone house 1 km above the small village of Garndolbenmaen in the Snowdonia National Park. Central for Porthmadog (7ml), Cricieth (5ml), Harlech (17ml), the Lleyn peninsula and the Snowdonia mountains and passes. The cottage enjoys superb sea and mountain views over the countryside and has excellent scenic hill walks from its doorstep. This comfortable house stands off a mountain lane in very quiet surroundings within easy access to the sea at Cricieth and Porthmadog. The village has a shop and P.O. with two licensed premises within a few miles.

3 BEDROOMS: 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Linen and Towels are not included, but available for hire locally.
BATHROOM: Ground floor bath and WC.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM: Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, automatic washer and microwave.
LOUNGE: TV, VCR, views and open or electric fires.
SITTING ROOM:
GARDEN: Enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ area.
PARKING: Ample parking.
HEATING: Rayburn stove for all heating purposes.
ELECTRICITY, GAS & LOGS: Extra by arrangement.
PET: Maximum 3 pets.

NO SMOKING: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A NO SMOKING Policy may form part of a Property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
